• 7/4/2009 8:00 AM Radiant Yoga (Level 2/3 ) 1 hour and 30 minutes Happy Fourth!! Feel the Independence in your practice with Lourdes this morning! Fourth festivities will begin in Highland Park at 9:30. This class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes.

8- 9:15 am- Radiant Flow- with Lourdes- Level2-3 -Studio A

8:30- 9:45 am- Mindful Yoga- Liz -Level 1-2 - Studio B
