Iyengar Yoga
MONDAY September 20, 6:30-8 PM Cost: $25.00 or 2 class points

Restorative Yoga
A gentle class to reduce physical & emotional effects of stress. Practice supported yoga postures using blankets, blocks and straps, that open the body, while slowing down the racing mind. The result is relaxation, greater mental clarity, improved alignment and physical freedom. Breath work is included. (All levels)
Gentle Yoga / Basic-level
This class is open to all levels and due to the moderate pacing is appropriate for beginners too. It combines fundamentals from Yoga Basics with Sun Salutations to relax the mind by mindfully flowing from one pose to the next linked with breath. A gentle flow style is used to introduce more poses including basic inversions.
Mindful Yoga / Level 1-2
This class is open to all levels and provides an opportunity to deepen your awareness of the poses for an overall balancing effect. The pace is moderate and the beginning stages of more intermediate poses will be introduced and practiced. (Beginning Intermediate)
Radiant Flow / Level 2-3
Vinyasa flow class comprised of an intelligent, challenging sequence of flowing yoga postures. Experience an increase in energy and strength while building endurance. Explore more vigorous poses for meditation in motion. A regular practice is recommended and student know modifications for the poses and their own limitations. (Intermediate)
Radiant Flow / Level 2-3 /
Vinyasa flow class where more advanced back bends, inversions and arm balances are taught and practiced. Designed for those who seek a mind / body / spirit experience that is deep, invigorating and life affirming! A regular practice is recommended with at least 6 months of experience. Work at your own pace. (Intermediate/Advanced)
Detox Yoga/ Level 2-3/
Detox Flow
We will begin with flowing movement to build heat. We will wash away the stagnation with energizing back bending postures. We will twist those toxins out, with poses designed to wring out stuck energy. You will feel balanced and refreshed, ready to face the week ahead. Room temp. 74-80°. This class is offered as both a level 2 and level 2-3
Master Flow / Level 3
An advanced class that will challenge and invigorate you. A regular practice is recommended and student knows modifications to the asanas as well as their own limitations so that we may flow through this class finding the balance of strength and relaxation. VIGOROUS
