Anusara Inspired Yoga
Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means “flowing with Grace,” “flowing with Nature,” and in its essence, “following your heart.” This system of hatha yoga practice was founded by John Friend in 1997, and is one of the fastest growing yoga systems in the world. It combines active bodywork, consistent breathwork and a strong focus of the mind to lead each student towards optimal expression of their own creative heart. Using Universal Principles of alignment and action, students are safely challenged in a supportive atmosphere of like-minded seekers. This highly therapeutic practice can prevent and bring relief to many injuries and illnesses caused by misalignment. Children's Bhakti Butterfly Yoga
The devoted butterfly-devoted to enriching the lives of our children with needs The practice of yoga can empower your children to experience calm, peace and comfort within themselves. Our class is structure based using many educational tool aides that the children use in their school settings. The class is guided with a master visual schedule and a yoga pose “to do” list which reduces anxiety since the children know exactly what will happen next. The poses are displayed with colorful visuals and words to label each pose. The classroom atmosphere is peaceful and yogic philosophy is used throughout the session. Each student practices on their own mat to encourage a safe place for themselves


Detox Vinyasa Yoga Flow/ Level 2/3
Detox Flow We will begin with flowing movement to build heat. We will wash away the stagnation with energizing back bending postures. We will twist those toxins out, with poses designed to wring out stuck energy. You will feel balanced and refreshed, ready to face the week ahead. Room temp. 74-80°. This class is offered as both a level 2 and level 2-3


Dynamic Vinyasa Flow / all levels
Vinyasa flow class comprised of an intelligent, sequence of flowing yoga postures. Experience an increase in energy and strength while building awareness of Mind and Body .

Spring Into Yoga - 6 Week Basic Yoga Program

Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga
Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga: This alignment-based vinyasa class is "for the people!" It is a one-hour class, suitable for all levels, from beginner to experienced yogis. This class focuses on uniting one's breath with fundamental strength-building asana sequences to open the body from the inside out and clear the mind for an efficient, productive day. What a wonderful way to start your day, get your kids to school and still get to work on time.


Therapeutic Yoga-Private Session
Therapeutics yoga is a great class for anyone wanting to do yoga on a very gentle level. Therapeutics Yoga requires the use of many different knids of props and tools. The poses are held for extended periods of time so that the body and muscles may become strengthened or relaxed depending on the ailment. This class is very instructive-- very therapeutic.


Yin Yoga and Meditation
Yin Yoga and Meditation This practice is an inquiry into both the active and still essences of asana and meditation. It is recommended for those who have practiced for a minimum of 3 months regularly. The Yin shapes, executed through periods of stasis and stillness, expose the joints to skillful pressure targeting the bones, synovial fluids and deeper tissues of ligaments and tendons. Yin postures, held from 2 to 20 minutes, help prevent joint rigidity and immobility. Chi or prana is enhanced and pooled in the bones and joints. Meridians and organ systems are nourished. The body and mind are prepared to sit comfortably in meditation. Meditation is a disciplined practice that invites us to fully inhabit our precious lives. Commit to awakening the aspiration toward living with a compassionate heart and strengthen the attitude of loving kindness toward yourself and all beings!


Gentle Yoga
This Gentle class is slower paced yoga making it accessible to students of all sizes, ages, and abilities. Perfect for the more experienced student looking for a slower, less strenuous class. Explore traditional Hatha Yoga Asanas in a dynamic flow with attention to the connection of breath and safe alignment for our unique body types. Therapeutic in nature, this soothing class allows ample time to enjoy each asana/pose while cultivating breath awareness, enhancing balance, and increasing flexibility. Detail to deep stretching with the assistance of props,(blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets) will allow you to linger in lots of relaxing floor poses and end in a meditative savasana. A wonderful practice for opening the body, quieting the mind, and renewing the spirit.


Mindful Yoga / all levels
This class is open to all levels and provides an opportunity to deepen your awareness of the poses for an overall balancing effect. The pace is moderate and the beginning stages of more intermediate poses will be introduced and practiced. (Beginning Intermediate)


Radiant Vinyasa Flow / Level 2-3
Vinyasa flow class, comprised of an intelligent, but challenging sequence of flowing Yoga postures. Back bends, inversions, and arm balances, are taught and practiced. Designed for those who seek a mind / body / spirit experience that is deep, invigorating and surely a life affirming meditation in motion! Experience an increase in energy and strength, while building endurance. A regular practice is recommended with at least 6 months of experience. Work at your own pace. (Intermediate/Advanced)


Master Vinyasa Flow / Level 3
An advanced class that will challenge and invigorate you. A regular practice is recommended and student knows modifications to the asanas as well as their own limitations so that we may flow through this class finding the balance of strength and relaxation. VIGOROUS
