At its inception in 1999, Healing power Yoga was one of the first boutique yoga studios to arrive on the north shore. Founded by Pam Udell, currently owned and run by Gina Evangelista since July 2007. HPY was born out of a desire for pure, healing yoga for the community in an intimate warm and inviting environment. The antiquities of this historical building up on the second floor, brings a feeling of being in the city. The Instructors and staff bring a modern cultivated ethic to an age-old practice. We offer nearly 2 dozen classes a week ranging from Gentle Yoga, Basics to Master level Vinyasa Flow. Our unique and talented, as well as Certified Instructors each bring their own vibe and flavor to each class, making for a truly diverse and rich schedule. Our students come to HPY for peace, instruction, and knowledge, and leave feeling part of a special community. We are proud that most of our students have been attending classes loyally since their first one. We hope you will stop by, explore our yoga, and return to the healing power of yoga.
Namaste.
We invite you to spread the LOVE

Dear Friends,
This you tube video is well worth watching. It is eye-opening, to say the least, though not at all surprising. Love to know your thoughts...
Robyn O'Brien was a food industry analyst and mother of 4 kids. This is her (very compelling) talk at TEDxMileHigh, a global conference on ideas that can change the world.
