We at HPY are so excited to announce the grand opening of our second yoga studio at North Suburban Wellness Center at 1732 First St in Highland Park.
We are offering 8 new yoga classes at this exciting new location.
Please come on by and see for yourself this beautiful yoga studio.
There are bamboo floors and a very large sky-light center of the room.
Every student may use their class points (class card) at this new location.
We will be offering yoga therapeutics, back-care classes, and many other great choices (please see the schedule on our website. Please check for the location for the class you are choosing to participate in. It will either be at NSWC or HPY.
The Candlelight Yoga Class, scheduled for the first Friday of every month, will start on Friday, June 6th. We look forward to spending this time with our fellow Yogi's. This once a month class will be taught at a level 2/ moderate level. We will embark on our journey through breath,asana, flow, visualization, and lastly, meditation. Refreshments will be served. This time will give us a chance to meet our fellow yoga practioners in the circle of Healing Power Yoga. This class will be at the HPY studio at North Suburban Wellness Center. See you then. Namaste'
